It monitors equipment uptime, tracks revenue across multiple business lines, processes missed calls and voicemails, and delivers operational alerts via SMS and email to the business owner and designated staff.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS
Palus AI sends transactional SMS alerts to authorized business operators who have explicitly opted in to receive them. These messages include equipment downtime alerts, ATM cash level warnings, revenue anomaly notifications, missed call summaries, and voicemail transcriptions.
- What we collect: Mobile phone numbers provided during opt-in enrollment.
- How we use it: Solely to deliver operational alerts relevant to the recipient's business. We do not use mobile numbers for marketing purposes.
- Third-party sharing: Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Message frequency: Varies based on operational activity, typically 1–10 messages per day.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers, including Anthropic. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with our Privacy Notice and our agreement with third parties.
Our AI Products are designed for AI applications functions. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.

We will keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

California "Shine The Light" Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
